Recently the NTPDA Board traveled to Scottsboro, Alabama for our Summer Board Meeting. Hosting us was Russell's Tractor Parts with NTPDA President Trey Pat Trey Russell Use July 2022

and former President Pat Russell.  It was a resounding success and our Board really enjoyed the time in Scottsboro. It also gave us a chance to sit down with Pat to learn more about the company, who they serve and the many changes he's seen. Pat has been pushing iron for years and now, in partnership with Trey, he took us back to the beginning. We talk about the growth of the company, how family plays into the success and so much more. Meet Our Members - Caterina Ciani & Agri Parts

The wonders of technology can put people together from all over the planet. Today we're in Bologna, Italy with our guest Caterina Caterena Ciani 6 April 2022 Ciani the marketing person for Agri Parts. (Who joined NTPDA late last year.) Caterina moved from South Africa to Italy and landed a job with Agri Parts. We talk a bit about this manufacturing hub in the northern part of the country, plus the family business aspect of the company and the issue of high quality parts for agriculture.  We'll also chat a bit about how the company has been able to drive new sales records. Technology can be our friend...sometimes. Stay with us on this as you are about to meet Alex Ho the director of sales and marketing for Tractor-Line a ALEX HO (2) company based in Malaysia. The company has been in operation since 1989 and isn't limited to just manufacturing but the entire  process from design to production, machining to engineering, raw materials to finished goods and packaging. 

In addition the company specializes in a host of tractor parts hydraulic to axles, cylinders to buckets. Alex tells us their products are equal or better than some OEM parts. Finally Tractor-Line has the capacity to service global customers and seeking relationships with wholesalers, dealers, parts importers, and brands for OEM collaboration in industries that include construction, forestry, mining and agriculture. Agri Parts - Meet Our Members

Part of the NTPDA mission is to give voice to our members and help them expand their business. It's an area that has been dubbed "Motor Country" because of the high level of manufacturing including Ferraris and Lamborghinis. All States Ag Parts Expands...Again!

National Tractor Parts Dealer Association (NTPDA) member All States Ag Parts has announced the acquisition of Hoye Tractor Parts. The company is Hoye Logo located in Iowa Park, TX and specializes in new aftermarket and used parts for Yanmar tractors. Hoye Tractor Parts is predominantly a web-based sales company.

With this acquisition, All States Ag Parts now operates 22 locations in North America including 15 tractor, combine and construction equipment salvage yards. 

All states ag logoJohn Dyke, CEO of All States Ag Parts said in a release, “Hoye Tractor Parts will add over 200,000 Yanmar after market tractor parts to our product line along with a solid line of used Yanmar parts. This acquisition will tremendously improve our opportunity to serve that segment of our customer base as well as improving our service times in Texas.”

Dyke added that the former owner, Aaron Murray, will remain in place as the manager during the transition of ownership. All other Hoye Tractor Parts employees are being offered jobs with All States Ag Parts. The Iowa Park, TX location will continue to operate under the Hoye Tractor Parts name.

“We are very excited to be working with All States Ag Parts,” said Murray, “All States has a much broader distribution network for parts to help us gain additional market share for our product line."

There is a vast business out there that flies under the radar of those who live in our urban areas unless, of course, you are into major urban farming like they are doing in Detroit. Here you'll meet Rob Perry who is in charge of sales and marketing for both Reliable Aftermarket Parts and their wholesale division AIC Replacement Parts. Both based in Michigan but doing business world-wide.  Here we talk about the business of agricultural and construction parts their involvement with the National Tractor Parts Dealers Association (NTPDA) and more.

Our First Ever Virtual Annual Membership Meeting

Because we couldn't have our Annual Meeting and Trade Show this past January and because we've got some business to take care of the Board of Directors of Zoom Logo NTPDA have decided to hold our Annual Membership Meeting on Friday the 26th of March at 11:00AM Central.  A meeting notice along with directions on how to join us on ZOOM along with a brief agenda has already been sent out.

Two More Acquisitions for All States Ag Parts

Over the past two weeks we’ve been informed that our member All States Ag Parts (ASAP) has made two more important acquisitions.  Tractor Joe of Tractor Joe LogoPlymouth, MN which specializes in on-line ag parts for tractors and other agricultural equipment and Yesterday’s Tractor Company based in Port Townsend, WA which specializes in providing antique tractor owners with valuable resources for repair and information as well as a complete line of antique tractor parts.
